Tyza M Gel 10 gm is used to treat fungal skin infections, such as eczema, psoriasis, ringworm, athlete’s foot, jock itch, dermatitis, and tinea versicolor. Tyza M Gel 10 gm is composed of Mometasone (corticosteroid) and Terbinafine (antifungal). Mometasone is a corticosteroid and blocks prostaglandin’s production (chemical messengers), which makes the affected area red, swollen, and itchy. It effectively treats inflammation and itchiness caused by eczema and psoriasis. Terbinafine is an antifungal drug that treats fungal infections by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol in the fungal cell membrane (a compound present in the fungi to maintain cell integrity) and thus resulting in fungal cell death.

Cream/Gel/Ointment: Apply a thin layer of the medicine with clean and dry hands on the skin’s affected areas. You can also apply it with a clean cotton wool or gauze swab. Wash your hands before and after using the product on the affected areas unless the treatment is for hands.
