Racenerve Injection 2 ml belongs to the class of ‘multivitamins’ primarily used to treat and prevent nutritional deficiencies. Racenerve Injection 2 ml contains Methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), nicotinamide, and pyridoxine (vitamin B6). Methylcobalamin and pyridoxine help rejuvenate and protect damaged nerve cells by producing a substance called myelin. On the other hand, Methylcobalamin (Mecobalamin) is a coenzyme form of vitamin B12, which regulates body functions like cell growth, blood formation, and protein synthesis. It is used in the treatment of alcoholic neuropathy, pernicious anaemia (red blood cells are not produced due to Vitamin B12 deficiency), diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage due to high blood sugar levels), and multiple sclerosis (immune system disease affecting the brain). Nicotinamide is a form of vitamin B that provides vital nutrients. Vitamin B6 treats low levels of Vitamin B6, anaemia (low haemoglobin), and nerve damage (neuritis).
