Description

Pantocid Injection 10 ml contains Pantoprazole, which is a proton pump inhibitor. It blocks the action of the gastric proton pump that is responsible for the production of acid in the stomach. This reduces the amount of acid produced, heals the ulcers, and prevents the formation of new ulcers. It also relieves the symptoms of GERD like heartburn, difficulty in swallowing, and persistent cough. Pantoprazole may also prevent oesophageal cancer.
