It is used in combination with other anti-cancer medicines, such as 5-fluorouracil and folinic acid. OXITAN 100MG INJECTION 50ML works by killing the cancer cells. Thereby, it helps treat cancer. OXITAN 100MG INJECTION 50ML may also be used with other medicines to prevent colon cancer from spreading in patients who have had surgery to remove the tumour.
