High Tide-10 Tablet 4’s belongs to the group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitors. High Tide-10 Tablet 4’s is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Sometimes, High Tide-10 Tablet 4’s is also used to treat pulmonary arterial  hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs). High Tide-10 Tablet 4’s works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis; this allows the blood to flow into the penis when the person is sexually excited. Thereby, it helps to treat erectile dysfunction. High Tide-10 Tablet 4’s relaxes the bladder and prostate muscles, thereby reducing enlarged prostate symptoms such as difficulty in urination and urgent need to urinate. High Tide-10 Tablet 4’s used to treat pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) by relaxing the blood vessels in the chest. Thereby, increasing the blood supply to the lungs and decreasing the workload of the heart.

Tablet/Capsule: Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water as a whole. Do not crush, break or chew the tablet/capsule.Orally disintegrating tablet/strip: Keep the tablet/strip in the mouth and allow it to disintegrate. Do not swallow as a whole. Avoid handling the tablet/strip with wet hands.Jelly: Place the jelly in the mouth or under the tongue and allow it to dissolve.Mouth dissolving tablet: Place the tablet on the tongue and let it dissolve or disintegrate in the mouth without water.
