Fluticasone propionate belongs to the class of corticosteroids that works by acting inside cells of the nasal lining. It stops the release of certain chemicals in the body that cause inflammatory reactions, thereby providing relief from sneezing, runny or blocked nose, and sinus discomfort. Azelastine belongs to the class of antihistamines (anti-allergic drugs) that works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance responsible for causing allergic reactions.  It helps to provide relief from symptoms of allergy such as sneezing, running nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling, and congestion or stiffness. Together Combinase AQ Nasal Spray 70 mdi relieves allergic symptoms, including seasonal allergies, and reduces inflammation of nasal passage.

Use Combinase AQ Nasal Spray 70 mdi as prescribed by your doctor. Check the label for directions before using Combinase AQ Nasal Spray 70 mdi. Insert the tip of the bottle into a nostril while closing the other nostril and spray Combinase AQ Nasal Spray 70 mdi towards the sides of the nostril. Keep your head straight and breathe gently. Repeat the same process for another nostril.
