Cefpodoxime proxetil works by preventing the formation of bacterial cell covering, which is necessary for their survival. Thereby, killing the bacteria. Clavulanic acid works by decreasing bacterial resistance and enhancing the activity of Cefpodoxime proxetil against the bacteria. Together, 3G DOX CV 325MG TABLET 10’S helps to treat bacterial infections. 3G DOX CV 325MG TABLET 10’S is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that is effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, including beta-lactamase-producing strains.
